Examination / Hygienist visits

Here at Vevay dental we recommend a six-month check-up with your dentist. During your examination, the dentist may decide to take an X-ray if they feel it is necessary with your consent. The dentist will go through any treatment that may be needed and also carry out a treatment plan for you, also answering any questions you may have.

A visit to the hygienist for a scale and polish may be recommended by the dentist every 6 month also, appointments are forty minutes long, this is enough time for a thorough scale and polish. Our hygienist, will go through any issues she may find or help you with your oral hygiene techniques if needed, she will give you an estimate time when to visit again.
